Self Employment Training

In line with its objective of creating sustainable means of livelihood for persons with visual impairment, the NAB India Centre has pioneered and woven entrepreneurship into its existing skill trainings namely – Bakery & cafe training, Talking Hands training (pain relieving therapist) and Handicraft training in order to enable the trainees to earn even in the case of a dearth of mainstream employment.

Here, apart from core skill training, the trainee is trained on imbibing an entrepreneurial mindset including-

self employment training for blind women
The aim is to equip the VI trainees to independently manage and run small enterprises, earn themselves and create more employments.
