Customer Care Executive

This course focuses on essential computer skills for VI women, including proficiency in the JAWS screen reader, MS Office applications, internet usage, and effective communication for roles in BPOs, Call Center, and front desks in offices.

Eligible VI women, who have completed their 10th standard and possess clear speech in Hindi or English, are invited for a thorough 3-4 day assessment. Based on their performance, candidates are selected to enroll in the 5-month course, which covers a spectrum of skills vital for success in the professional world.

In this Course we also train them on usage of Smart Phones and Accessibility gadgets so that they are able to use recorders, various apps on the phone and many other features that can help them in their daily life.
