Mrs. Shalini Khanna Sodhi has been offered theย Membership of Governing Body of Skill Council for Persons with Disabilities(SCPwD) established by the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Govt of India since its inception in 2016, to represent the cause of blind women of India and mainly to drive policies for better occupation possibilities for the visually impaired in India.
Offered the role of theย Member of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment Committee (POSH) in 15 large corporates and govt departments for the last 15 years till now for justful investigations of cases of harassment against women at the workplace
Mrs. Sodhi has been invited as a Keynote Speakerย andย Resource mobilizer for Visually Impaired India at many Indian Diaspora events organized by the American Aid Foundation in California, Dallas, and Boston, New York, USA in 2014 and 2017
Mrs. Sodhi has been aย guest speaker in many seminars, conferences, talk shows, and forums at IIT, NHFDC, IGNOU, All India Radio, Gyan Vaani Govt of India, McKinsey, NHK channel Japan, Radio Udaan, Sri Venkateswara College, IP College, Kalindi College, Bhagat Singh College, Delhi University and Amity University to name a few.

Mrs. Sodhi has enabled NAB India Centre to exclusively partner for research and development for VI women with the National Handicap Finance Development Corporation, National Institute for Empowerment of Persons with Visual Disabilities (NIEPVD), RCI, Indira Gandhi National Open University, MacArthur Foundation, Delhi Police and Jamia University, American India Foundation among many others.
NAB India Centre was given the huge task of identifying and documenting all theย 1064 services for the blind in India and launching a portal of directory of these services for the National Institute of Visually Handicapped (now NIEPVD), Govt. of India
