Blind Bake
Nothing is impossible for the visually impaired, we believe. The centre runs fully equipped café, independently and wonderfully managed by our visually impaired women trained at the centre!
The cafeteria is open for the resident trainees, volunteers, visitors and donors.
The café offers a wide range of snacks and food items. There are items like Maggie, bread pakoda, idli, corn chat, soup, tea-coffee and many more made by trained blind girls. Besides cooked food they also have packed items like mixtures, chips, biscuits.
Our continuous focus is to create avenues for Visually Impaired women in self-employment by making them entrepreneurs in the long run.

& Cafe Management Training
Visually Impaired women are taught different techniques of cooking and home management. We also provide advanced training on café management. They learn right from lighting up the burner to chopping, cutting, kneading , boiling and frying. The courses are segregated as basic and advanced courses.
The girls who are interested and have the skills, after the completion of the basic as well as advanced training, are further trained to run and manage café/canteens. They learn the basics of plating serving maintaining accounts and majorly hygiene standards.
